Booking and payment

Your date is held when you submit this form and becomes yours once the reservation fee is paid. Until the reservation fee is paid the date remains available to other couples.

The reservation fee is non-refundable. 

The remaining balance

By ticking the box below you authorise us to store your card securely with our payment processor, Stripe, and to charge the remaining balance to that same card automatically 14 days before your wedding date, without contacting you again first. You will be emailed a receipt each time a payment is taken. If the card is declined we will email you a link to pay by another card.

The early payment discount

If the reservation fee is paid within 48 hours of reserving, $200 is taken off your total. After 48 hours the full price applies. The discount is locked in at the moment the reservation fee is paid.

Cancellation

If you cancel, the reservation fee is not refunded. If you cancel more than 14 days before the wedding, no balance is charged. Please tell us as early as you can.

Our commitment

We will film the day as agreed above and deliver your edited film in mp4 format on thumbdrive or digital download.
